These 300 days make up complementary 40 days, while most of our business rivals design pressing sets for 340 workdays. It means that our equipment works up 11 300 tons of rapeseed per 340 workdays.
According to the project we can get 3,555 tons of shrot after pressing (without filtration) and 4,445 tons of pressing cakes with 10% + - 1 % of oil leftover if working up 10,000 tons of rapeseed per year.
Automation:
- All sets are controlled semi-automatically.
- Press and filter are working 24 h.
Power supply requirements:
- Designer set 216 kilowatt input.
- Efficient factor 0,85.
