Переэтерификация
Процесс переэтерификации происходит в двух ступенях. В первой ступени переэтерификации достигается степень превращения до 97...99 % (1...3 % триглицериды), а на второй ступени переэтерификации достигаются целевые результаты (0,1 % триглицерида).
Первая ступень переэтерификации
Основными компонентами технологического оборудования первой ступени переэтерификации являются реактор и отстойный резервуар. Центрифуга служит исключительно для тщательной сепарации материала.
Вторая ступень переэтерификации
снижает остаточное содержание масла с 1...3 % до 0,1 %. Сюда входят статический миксер, который смешивает необработанный биодизель после первой ступени переэтерификации с катализатором, а также отстойный резервуар.
